EGU: How to Improve my Performance

In this article, you will see the resource on how to improve your EGU, through a new ICG resource that will help you achieve maximum performance.

 Improve EGU

It is a feature of the ICG Master, its function is to guide the user to improve their EGU grade, through tips on how to do it. You can perform these actions by accessing the Improve EGU function and following the instructions contained therein

To view, click on the icons indicated in the images below:

If you are accessing your ICG for the first time or log out of the tool and return to your Dashboard, the icon you will see is this and it will be located at the bottom right of your screen.

If you click on the screen to close this option toImprove EGU,  this option will disappear and will be displayed on the toolbar.

Just click on the button to open the Improve EGU screen.

When you open the Improve EGU screen, the system will display all the criteria, and you will be able to consult the actions you should take to improve your performance at EGU.

When you have already reached the 100% score in any of the criteria, it will appear in gray, and this option will not be enabled for consultation, since you have no action to be performed on that criteria.

IMPORTANT:
If you have a 100% EGU score, all of the buttons above will be disabled.

Forecast Accuracy

The Forecast Accuracy criterion calculates how correct the predictions and ranges defined for user KPIs are being. That is, it calculates the average of KPIs that were within the defined bands and forecasts.

IMPORTANT:
In this criteria you will only be able to see the improvement in the EGU for the next month, since you will need to modify your forecast for future months, and you should not change the forecast for the selected base month.

FCA Analysis Quality

The FCA Analysis Quality criterion serves to verify whether the FCAs are done satisfactorily. Thus, if there are any FCAs missing in that month, the score is automatically zero.

Improvement Plans

The Improvement Plans criteria assesses whether the user has registered an action plan whenever necessary. That is, if the Goal appears red or yellow, the user must make an action plan.

IMPORTANT:
Your plan must have at least one share registered! If any of its KPIs does not have actions registered in the Action Plan (that is, only the title of the plan) it will be considered as a KPI without plan

Goal Management

The Goal Management criteria checks how many KPIs have a goal registered. If the user does not have KPIs, the score is automatically zero

Improvement Planning

The Improvement Planning criteria checks whether the user has overdue pending actions.

IMPORTANT:

1. When a user delegates an action to another user, and the action expires with an Undefined status, that is, the user who received the delegated action did not manifest to accept or refuse it, both users will be affected by this criteria.

2. If the user who receives the delegated action accepts the action and it is expired, only the user who received and accepted the action will be impacted on this criterion.

3. If the user who receives the delegated action refuses the action and it is expired, only the user who delegated the action will be impacted on this criteria.

RR Management

The RR Management criteria checks whether the user has scheduled and held the result meetings with his subordinates at the ICG

IMPORTANT:

If the user does not have any subordinates, this criterion continues to appear in the list, but it will not be counted in the EGU note
