Managing a strategy requires more than good intentions. It requires the right people in the right places, with access to the right information at the right time.
When that does not happen, the cost is silent: meetings that take longer than they should, incomplete analyses, and decisions made with the wrong map in mind.
This week, Conexa is rolling out two updates designed to address exactly that. Less operational friction in strategic management. More speed for those who need to act.
Automatic map permissions: one action, complete access
Anyone who has added users to a strategic map knows how time-consuming the process could be. After adding someone to the map, it was necessary to open each objective individually and replicate access. One by one.
That time is over.
Now, when you add a user to the map, they automatically gain access to all objectives linked to it. Permissions are propagated intelligently, with no additional action required.
And flexibility remains intact: maps and objectives continue to operate independently. If a specific adjustment is needed for a particular objective, it can be made without affecting the others.
What changes in practice: adding someone to strategic management is no longer a configuration task. It is now a single click.
Critical Projects in the MCA: a complete view on a single screen
Conexa’s Monthly Critical Analysis exists for exactly this reason: to bring together the strategy’s key attention points and guide the leadership team’s decisions. But there was a gap.
Until now, the MCA displayed the indicators in the Main KPI, Levers, and Assumptions categories. PAA projects linked to strategic objectives were not shown on the screen, requiring managers to look for that information elsewhere and interrupting the flow of analysis.
Now, Critical Projects appear directly in Conexa’s MCA. The system displays projects linked to the Strategic Objective that have alerts in the schedule, the performance indicator, or the cost indicator — in other words, exactly the projects that require the most attention.
What you gain:
- An integrated view of everything that affects strategy execution: indicators and projects side by side.
- More objective analysis, without having to switch between screens or systems.
- More productive meetings, with critical information already available at the right time.
What connects these two updates
Strategy does not fail because of a lack of planning. It fails when execution loses momentum due to processes that should be simple, but are not.
Permissions that propagate automatically. Critical projects visible in the monthly analysis. These are two improvements moving in the same direction: strategic management that flows.
Conexa continues to evolve so your team can focus on the strategy itself, not on operating it.
