After assigning the Indicators, Levers, Projects, and Assumptions to the Objective, it is possible to perform the “ACM – Monthly Critical Analysis”.
Creating a Monthly Critical Analysis
To create a new Analysis, you must access the Critical Analysis screen by clicking the “Add ACM” button.
The system will open the main “Monthly Critical Analysis” screen.
Indicators Area:
In this area, it is possible to identify critical facts corresponding to the indicators, Levers, Projects, and Assumptions with the worst results, which are automatically presented when the screen loads.
Analysis:
In this area, you can describe all the necessary analysis related to the ongoing process. You can make important notes in this area.
Defining Actions:
After completing the analysis, it is possible to define the actions that will be taken based on the guidelines. To do this, just click the “Add Action” button. The system will open the screen to register the actions to be taken.
Based on the Guideline, it is possible to select an action to be taken and fill in the action information such as: Indicator, Description, Responsible Person, Expected Completion, and the Status of the action, which will initially start as “Open” automatically.
When the action is registered, it will appear in the Actions list.
After filling in the Action fields, you need to click the “Save” button to create this new action.
