En este artículo veremos cómo configurar la Vigencia de un Indicador.

La Vigencia de del indicador define una fecha de INICIO o FINALIZACIÓN para la gestión de cada indicador en el ICG.

Esta característica es adecuada para usuarios que planean iniciar o finalizar la gestión de un indicador sin perder su historial o para situaciones de transición o gestión temporal.

Hay dos formas de configurar la duración de un indicador:

  1. Individual – Aplica la vigencia a un solo indicador.
  2. General – Aplica La vigencia a varios  indicadores.

Para configurar la vigencia de un solo indicador, simplemente acceda a la pestaña Período en la pantalla Registro del Indicador. Luego, simplemente configure la fecha de inicio y finalización deseada para este indicador:

IMPORTANTE: esta función requiere que la función Aprobación de Metas del Años Futuros esté habilitada.

Haga clic en el icono de las 3 barras y luego en el Término de los indicadores:

Elija el año deseado:

  • Año 2019 (actual): de 01/01/2019 hasta 31/12/2019
  • Año 2020 (futuro): de 01/01/2020 hasta 31/12/2020

Seleccione los indicadores deseados y haga clic en APLICAR:

Haga clic en el icono de las 3 barras y luego en el Término de los indicadores:

Elija el año deseado:

  • Año 2019 (actual): de 01/01/2019 hasta 31/12/2019
  • Año 2020 (futuro): de 01/01/2020 hasta 31/12/2020

Seleccione los indicadores deseados y haga clic en APLICAR:

Cuando el indicador no está en Vigencia, su meta se ocultará en el tablero:

Por lo tanto, al definir las fechas de vigencia de sus indicadores, puede tener tres situaciones:

  1. Indicador VIGENTE – el mes base está incluido en el período de vigencia del Indicador.
  2. Indicador con vigencia VENCIDA – las fechas de inicio y finalización son anteriores al mes base.
  3. Item com vigência FUTURA – la fecha de inicio y finalización de la vigencia es posterior al mes base.

IMPORTANTE:

  1. Para el cálculo de la EGU, el sistema tendrá en cuenta la validez del Indicador.
  2. Los Indicadores que no están activos en el mes base seleccionado NO afectarán el cálculo de la EGU.
  3. Los Indicadores que no estén en vigencia durante el año NO necesitarán tener la meta aprobada.
