Los Administradores pueden importar toda la estructura del Gráfico de Barras o de Pareto para todos los usuarios que tienen acceso. Si la misma estructura de pareto o gráfico de barras se utiliza para más de un indicador o para más de un usuario, la importación de la hoja de cálculo facilitará el usuario.

Compruebe abajo la manera de llenar la mascarilla para realizar la importación correctamente:
- Pareto
- Gráfico de Barras
IMPORTANTE:
La única diferencia entre el Pareto y el Gráfico de Barras es en la columna 6 (Tipo), donde deberá colocarse la letra P para Pareto y B para Gráfico de Barras.

Importar Pareto y Gráfico de Barras

En seguida:
1. Seleccione el tipo Pareto / Gráfico de Barras
2. Busque el archivo rellenado como se muestra arriba
3. Haga clic en Enviar.
Puede hacer clic en el botón Actualizar para ver el estado de envío del archivo. Cuando esté listo, en el estado aparecerá el mensaje: (100%) Importación efectuada con éxito.
Si en su archivo tiene algún cambio de datos ya registrados, aparecerá el mensaje de cuántos registros se han actualizado.
Al final de la importación, se enviará un e-mail de notificación de la finalización del proceso.
