Or looked at a Totalization Chart and wondered why the order of the bars did not match your Dashboard?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Two new Gestiona updates address exactly these two pain points. They are separate improvements, so we\u2019ll look at each one individually, but both share the same goal: making your analysis smoother and more reliable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><b>1. The Totalization Chart now follows the order you already know<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Until now, when you opened the Totalization Chart, the child indicators appeared in the reverse order of the Dashboard: what was shown from top to bottom there appeared from bottom to top in the chart.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A small detail that created a lot of confusion. It required extra mental effort every time you compared the chart with the Dashboard or, worse, could lead to misinterpretations when presenting results.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Now, the chart mirrors the Dashboard order exactly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>What you gain:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Greater clarity when comparing indicators.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Better visual organization of information.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Smoother presentations, without having to pause and explain the order of the bars again.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><b>2. The Totalization Chart is now available directly on the FCA screen<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Previously, if you were analyzing an FCA and needed to check the totalization of an indicator, you had to leave the screen and return to the Dashboard. It may have been a small interruption, but when repeated several times throughout an analysis, it took up time and disrupted your train of thought.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That is no longer necessary. The Totalization Chart now appears directly on the FCA screen, just below the Evolution Chart, in the same area currently used by the Pareto Chart. It is displayed automatically for indicators with registered totalizations, and you can switch between Pareto and Totalization with a single click.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>What you gain:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">More in-depth analysis without leaving the screen you are already working on.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Faster access to information, with no need to go back and forth to the Dashboard.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An easier way to conduct Results Review Meetings, with everything you need at your fingertips.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><b>Pareto or Totalization: when to use each one<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Now that both charts share the same space on the FCA screen, one question naturally comes up: which one should you use in each situation?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <\/span><b>Pareto Chart<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> helps you prioritize. It shows which causes account for most of the problem, guiding you on where to take action first.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <\/span><b>Totalization Chart<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> helps you understand composition.
