More Consistent Navigation: Standardized Measurement Export<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

The measurement export feature now follows a side-panel modal pattern, appearing as a panel on the right-hand side of the screen.<\/p>\n

This may seem like a small change, but it has a direct impact on usability.<\/p>\n

With this standardization:<\/p>\n

    More Control and Prioritization: Sorting Linked Items<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

    Gestiona now allows you to manually organize the order of Control Items within the Linking feature\u2014bringing more autonomy, prioritization, and consistency to how information is displayed.<\/p>\n

    How to use it:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Select the desired Control Items and drag them into the Items panel<\/li>\n
    • This defines which items will be part of the link<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      After selecting them, you can reorder their display:<\/p>\n

      • Simply drag and drop each item into the desired position<\/li>\n
      • This lets you define the sequence that best fits your management needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        On the Dashboard, linked items will appear in the same order defined in the linking setup screen.<\/p>\n

        To remove an item:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        • Select the Control Item and click the \u201cX\u201d to delete it from the link<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          More Clarity and Customization: User Avatars<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

          Admins can now request enabling or disabling avatar editing on the Dashboard.<\/p>\n

          The process is simple:<\/p>\n

          • When the setting \u201cDo not allow avatar changes on the dashboard\u201d<\/strong> is enabled, users won\u2019t see the edit option (the pencil icon is hidden), so they cannot change their image<\/li>\n
          • When this setting is disabled, avatar editing is automatically enabled, and the pencil icon reappears<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            How to request this change:<\/strong>
            Contact Support and specify whether you want to enable<\/strong> or disable<\/strong> avatar editing.<\/p>\n

            More Speed and Focus: Compact Mode as Default<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

            Compact Mode can now be set as the default Dashboard view in Gestiona.<\/p>\n

            With this setting, all dashboards automatically open in Compact Mode, ensuring a more objective, fast, and execution-focused experience from the very first access.<\/p>\n

            To enable it, simply contact Quattrus Support and request Compact Mode as the default for your company\u2019s dashboards.<\/p>\n

            Once enabled, you\u2019ll also be able to select date options within Compact Mode.<\/p>\n

            New in Conexa Permissions Assignment<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

            Objectives now automatically inherit users and permissions defined in the map they are linked to.<\/p>\n

            This means that when a new user is added to a map, they are automatically replicated across all existing objectives\u2014ensuring greater consistency and less effort in access management.<\/p>\n

            Objectives and maps remain independent, allowing for specific adjustments whenever needed (for example, removing a user from a specific objective).<\/p>\n
