You can attach files to your KPIs, making it easier to access reports or presentations, for example.<\/p>\n

Select the KPI to which you want to add an attachment and double-click the paperclip icon to enter the KPI Attachments<\/strong> screen, as shown in the image:<\/p>\n

In the attachment screen, just click on New Attachment<\/strong> if it’s a file or New Link<\/strong> if it’s a URL to select the desired file:<\/p>\n

IMPORTANTE<\/strong>:<\/em><\/p>\n

Attachments must be no larger than 7 MB and have the following extensions: TXT, DOC, DOCX, SLX, XLSX, PPT, PPTX, or PDF.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

In the Item Attachment screen, you can also view the file or link name in the File<\/strong> column and the date it was added in the File Inclusion Date<\/strong> column:<\/p>\n

To delete a file, simply select the file and click the trash can icon at the end of the row where the attachment information is displayed to delete it:<\/p>\n
