In the central part of the screen, click on the Pending Actions tab to view all registered actions.<\/p>\n

To filter actions, click on the magnifying glass icon:<\/p>\n

The system will expand the top of this screen, displaying various filter options:<\/p>\n

When expanding the filter options, you can filter by:<\/p>\n
Actions<\/strong> – You can select:<\/p>\n All<\/p>\n<\/li>\n My Actions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n I am the Project Leader<\/p>\n<\/li>\n I am the PAA Facilitator<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Project Type<\/strong> – Filter by the type of registered project.<\/p>\n Original Date<\/strong> – Define the dates in the fields:<\/p>\n From:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n To:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Estimated Date<\/strong> – Define the dates in the fields:<\/p>\n From:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n To:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n PAA<\/strong> – Filter by the name of the PAA.<\/p>\n Project<\/strong> – Filter by the name of the Project.<\/p>\n After setting the filters, click Filter to execute the filter.<\/p>\n To reset the filter, click Clear.<\/p>\n After filtering the results, you can see more details through a tooltip by hovering over any of the actions.<\/p>\n If you want to mark an action as completed, simply click the corresponding checkbox in the Complete column.<\/p>\n\n
