After having units already registered, you can still select a unit to be the &#8220;parent&#8221; of the one being registered.<\/p>\n<p>After that, just click Save.<\/p>\n<p><strong>New Checklist<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To register a new checklist, you must fill in the following information:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-59689\" src=\"https:\/\/suporte.quattrus.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/rppa-i4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"713\" height=\"662\" srcset=\"https:\/\/suporte.quattrus.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/rppa-i4.png 713w, https:\/\/suporte.quattrus.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/rppa-i4-300x279.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 713px) 100vw, 713px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Fill in the name of the checklist and select the type. You can choose between:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Independent<\/strong>: Not loaded when the monitor schedules the monitoring, but he can select and insert it.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Standard<\/strong>: Loaded automatically when monitoring is scheduled, but the monitor can remove it if desired.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Mandatory<\/strong>: Loaded and cannot be removed from the monitoring.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After selecting the type, write your question and click &#8220;Add&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Repeat this process until all questions have been added.<\/p>\n<p><strong>New Process<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Clicking on new process will display:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-59686\" src=\"https:\/\/suporte.quattrus.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/rppa-i5.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"656\" srcset=\"https:\/\/suporte.quattrus.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/rppa-i5.png 600w, https:\/\/suporte.quattrus.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/rppa-i5-274x300.png 274w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Here, just enter the name, description, if it belongs to another process (similar to the hierarchical way of units), and the person responsible.
