To enable it, simply follow these steps:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Access the Administrator environment of Gestiona.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the Profile option.<\/li>\n<li>Choose the desired Profile.<\/li>\n<li>In the list of Administrator Profile Functionalities, enable the General Goal Approval option.<\/li>\n<li>Then click Save.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Collaborator|Item:<\/strong>&nbsp;Identification of the control item owner and the name of the respective item that will have the goal approved or unlocked.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Justification:<\/strong>&nbsp;In this field, you can record the reason for the Goal Approval or Unlocking.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Last change:<\/strong>&nbsp;In this field, the system displays the previous goal values (before the change) and the current goal values (after being changed by the user), so you can consult before \u201cApproving\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img approval through the import of measurements.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><em><strong>Important:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>If the goal is locked, the importer will unlock the goal, modify the goal (save the history of the modified goal), and lock it again.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>To perform this process, click on the <strong>Reports<\/strong> icon and choose the type of report in \u201c<strong>Measurements<\/strong>\u201d, then search for the <strong>company<\/strong> and the <strong>user<\/strong> to export and modify the goals:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\"
