<\/b>How to download the import template?<\/span><\/b><\/h4><\/div>\n\n

Downloading the import template is very simple.<\/p>\n

You should click on the “Settings” button, then in the options section of the control item. Hovering over the name of the indicator will enable the floating button to download the import template.<\/p>\n

When you click the download button for the import template, the system will open the download screen. Click on the “arrow” icon to download your Import Template File.<\/p>\n

After downloading the import template, fill in the relevant information for the details and measurements of the Control Item.<\/p>\n

<\/b>Importing measurements into the Journal<\/span><\/b><\/h4><\/div>\n\n

Importing information into the Journal is very simple. You will need to follow these steps:<\/p>\n

  1. Click the “Settings” button in the side menu and then, in the Control Item Options area, click on “Import File.”\"\"<\/li>\n
  2. The system will open the import screen. Here, you should select the control item you want to upload the information to, then choose the file from your computer and click the “Next” button.\"\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    On this screen, you can compare the columns in the file being imported with the columns created in the database for that control item.<\/p>\n

    The goal is to ensure that you are using the correct import file for that control item.<\/p>\n

    Important:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Columns related to dimensions are unique and specific to each indicator. Therefore, you should verify that the dimension columns in the Excel file being imported match the columns in the database.<\/p>\n

    When finished, click “Import.”<\/p>\n
