Gestiona provides various reports for extraction. You can obtain information in Excel regarding users, control items, measurements, or Pareto analyses. This is also where you can get the import templates for Control Items, Measurements, and Pareto.<\/strong><\/p>\n

When you open the screen, you will see all available reports to select.<\/p>\n

Below is how to obtain each report:<\/p>\n

Control Items Report<\/h3>\n

In this report, you will get all the information about the Control Items. You can also obtain the Control Items Import Template. Learn more in the article: Control Items Report.<\/p>\n

Measurements Report<\/h3>\n

In this report, you can generate data on the measurements of control items. Learn more in the article: Measurements Report.<\/p>\n

Totalisation Report<\/h3>\n

Through this report, you can extract a list of all the totalisations of control items configured for all client users. Learn more in the article: Totalisation Report.<\/p>\n

Tolerance Ranges Report<\/h3>\n

Through this report, you can extract a list of all the tolerance ranges registered in all control items. Learn more in the article: Tolerance Ranges Report.<\/p>\n

Pareto Report<\/h3>\n

This report allows you to extract data on the Paretos registered in the control items of your company\u2019s users. Learn more in the article: Pareto Report.<\/p>\n

Delegated Items Report<\/h3>\n

In this report, you will get all the information about the Delegated Control Items. Learn more in the article: Delegated Items Report.<\/p>\n

Actions Report<\/h3>\n

Through this report, you can extract a list of all the actions registered by users in all ICG resources. Learn more in the article: Actions Report.<\/p>\n

Action Plan Actions Report<\/h3>\n

In this report, you will get information on the Action Plan Actions. Learn more in the article: Action Plan Actions Report.<\/p>\n

Goals Report<\/h3>\n

In this report, you will get information on the Goals Report with the colour of the goals, budgeted and projected. Learn more in the article: Goals Report.<\/p>\n

Facilitators Report<\/h3>\n

In this report, you will get information on the facilitators. Learn more in the article: Facilitators Report.<\/p>\n

Obtaining the Data<\/h3>\n

The Generate button will display the report information on the screen.<\/p>\n

The Export button will generate an Excel file for download.<\/p>\n

The Export file for Import button only exists in the Control Items Report.
