{"id":52803,"date":"2023-05-24T10:01:37","date_gmt":"2023-05-24T13:01:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/suporte.quattrus.com\/?p=52803"},"modified":"2024-09-13T09:21:46","modified_gmt":"2024-09-13T12:21:46","slug":"import-measurements-no-gestiona","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/suporte.quattrus.com\/en\/import-measurements-no-gestiona\/","title":{"rendered":"Import Measurements no Gestiona"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Administrators will be able to import Measurements for control items for all users who have access. <br \/>nstead of registering the measurements one by one, you can perform this operation once via import.<\/p>\n<p>In this article we will see:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Import Instruction and Template<\/li>\n<li>Import Measurements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Import Instruction and Template<\/h2>\n<p>Download the Import Template:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/suporte.quattrus.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/M%C3%A1scara-Importa%C3%A7%C3%A3o-Medi%C3%A7%C3%B5es.xlsx\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" id=\"thepasted-1\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/suporte.quattrus.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/826px-Microsoft_Office_Excel_2018%E2%80%93present.svg-300x279.png\" width=\"73\" height=\"68\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Below is the way to fill in the template to perform the import correctly:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/suporte.quattrus.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Snap-2021-04-27-at-16.49.47.png?resize=818%2C871&amp;ssl=1\" \/><\/p>\n<p>When filling in the data in the spreadsheet, remove the formatting to avoid errors in the import.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><\/figure>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>NOTE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<blockquote>\n<p>The file must contain from column A (Item ID) to column N (Type); the other columns are for reference.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<blockquote>\n<p>The first three columns (Item ID, month, and year) must contain the corresponding information.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<blockquote>\n<p>When the measurement and range columns are blank, the value in Gestiona will be considered, so if there is no change in values, there is no need to fill them in.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>IMPORTANT:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If there are <strong>Custom Fields<\/strong> registered, they must be included in the import file \u2013 they are mandatory.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TIP:<\/strong> Export the report and copy the header to the import file.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>IMPORTANT:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When the item is good for MORE (+), the following fields are mandatory:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>FX_VERDE_INF_MES<\/li>\n<li>FX_VERDE_INF_ANO<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When the item is good for LESS (-), the following fields are mandatory:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>FX_VERDE_SUP_MES<\/li>\n<li>FX_VERDE_SUP_ANO<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When the item is good for EQUAL (=), the following fields are mandatory:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>FX_VERDE_INF_MES<\/li>\n<li>FX_VERDE_INF_ANO<\/li>\n<li>FX_VERDE_SUP_MES<\/li>\n<li>FX_VERDE_SUP_ANO<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Import Measurements<\/h2>\n<p>Click on the icon indicated below:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-57520\" src=\"https:\/\/suporte.quattrus.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/t2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"274\" height=\"175\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Then:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Select the <strong>Measurement<\/strong> type<\/li>\n<li>Find the file filled in as shown above<\/li>\n<li>Click Send<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-57646 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/suporte.quattrus.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/t2-12.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"698\" height=\"186\" srcset=\"https:\/\/suporte.quattrus.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/t2-12.png 698w, https:\/\/suporte.quattrus.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/t2-12-300x80.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 698px) 100vw, 698px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>You can click the Update button to see the file upload status. When ready, the status will show the message: (100%) Import successful.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/suporte.quattrus.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Snap-2021-03-31-at-16.04.10.png?resize=878%2C523&amp;ssl=1\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Gestiona will indicate if the import did not occur correctly.
