{"id":49457,"date":"2023-05-22T17:15:00","date_gmt":"2023-05-22T20:15:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/suporte.quattrus.com\/?p=49457"},"modified":"2024-08-02T14:39:01","modified_gmt":"2024-08-02T17:39:01","slug":"accessing-other-users-dashboards-on-gestiona","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/suporte.quattrus.com\/en\/accessing-other-users-dashboards-on-gestiona\/","title":{"rendered":"Accessing other users dashboards on Gestiona"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In addition to accessing the table of their subordinates via their hierarchy tree, users with an administrator profile can access the GESTIONA system of other users within companies they have access to, provided they have the necessary profile permissions.<\/p>\n<p>You can access the list of users in two ways:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>By clicking on the icon <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/suporte.quattrus.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Captura-de-tela-2020-12-29-150701.png\" \/> in the top menu, or:<\/li>\n<li>By expanding the hierarchy tree and clicking on <strong>Users<\/strong> <br \/>as indicated by the arrows below:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-56561\" src=\"https:\/\/suporte.quattrus.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/t3-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"249\" height=\"385\" srcset=\"https:\/\/suporte.quattrus.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/t3-1.png 279w, https:\/\/suporte.quattrus.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/t3-1-194x300.png 194w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 249px) 100vw, 249px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Upon accessing the User Search screen, you can search for a user using the fields for <strong>Name<\/strong>, <strong>Username<\/strong> (used for login), <strong>Company<\/strong>, or <strong>Email<\/strong>.
