In the Filters field, choose the options you want.<\/p>\n<h3>Totalised Items:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>YES<\/strong>: Generates only the information of items that are totalised;<\/li>\n<li><strong>NO<\/strong>: Generates only the information of items that are NOT totalised;<\/li>\n<li><strong>NO FILTER<\/strong>: Generates the information of all control items, whether totalised or not.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Inactive Users:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>YES<\/strong>: Generates only the information of inactive users;<\/li>\n<li><strong>NO<\/strong>: Generates only the information of active users;<\/li>\n<li><strong>NO FILTER<\/strong>: Generates the information of all users.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Disabled Items:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>YES<\/strong>: Generates only the information of items that are disabled;<\/li>\n<li><strong>NO<\/strong>: Generates only the information of items that are active;<\/li>\n<li><strong>NO FILTER<\/strong>: Generates the information of all items.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Company:<\/h3>\n<p>You can select only one company by choosing the name in the \u201cCompany\u201d field. Leaving the field blank will consider the option all.<\/p>\n<h3>Control Item:<\/h3>\n<p>You can select a specific item by writing the name of the item in the \u201cControl Item\u201d field. Leaving the field blank will consider the option all.<\/p>\n<h3>Item Type:<\/h3>\n<p>You can select the following item types: 1C, 2C, 2A, 2B. You can select one at a time or all simultaneously.<\/p>\n<h3>Custom Filter:<\/h3>\n<p>You can select custom fields from your company; to do this, select the name within the filter. Leaving the field blank will consider the option all.<\/p>\n<h3>Custom Item Filter:<\/h3>\n<p>You can choose which custom field you want to use to generate the report.
