In the Type option, you can choose only one of the Control Items options or select all simultaneously:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>2A<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Generate only items of type 2A<\/li>\n<li><strong>2B<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Generate only items of type 2B<\/li>\n<li><strong>2C<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Generate only items of type 2C<\/li>\n<li><strong>1C<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Generate only items of type 1C<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the Filters field, choose the options you want:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Disabled Items<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>YES<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Generates only the information of items that are disabled;<\/li>\n<li><strong>NO<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Generates only the information of items that are NOT disabled;<\/li>\n<li><strong>NO FILTER<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Generates the information of all control items, whether disabled or not.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Inactive Users<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>YES<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Generates only the information of inactive users;<\/li>\n<li><strong>NO<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Generates only the information of active users;<\/li>\n<li><strong>NO FILTER<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Generates the information of all users.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Totalised Items<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>YES<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Generates only the information of items that are totalised;<\/li>\n<li><strong>NO<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Generates only the information of items that are NOT totalised;<\/li>\n<li><strong>NO FILTER<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Generates the information of all control items, whether totalised or not.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Company<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You can select only one company by choosing the name in the \u201cCompany\u201d field. Leaving the field blank will consider the option ALL.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Control Item<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You can select a specific control item by writing the name of the item in the \u201cControl Item\u201d field. Leaving the field blank will consider the option ALL.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Custom Filter<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You can select custom fields from your company; to do this, select the name within the filter. Leaving the field blank will consider the option ALL.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Generate button will display the report information on the screen.
