Then click on Save.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For more information, click on &#8220;Change Details&#8221;. The system will open a screen with four tabs (Event, To-dos, Participants and Minutes). After holding the meeting, indicate the date in the <strong>Date Done<\/strong> field.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the <strong>Description<\/strong>, the meeting author can place a brief descriptive note of the meeting. You can also change the <strong>Type of Meeting<\/strong> and <strong>Attach Files<\/strong>, here you can attach the <strong>Minutes of the Meeting<\/strong>, for example.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"wysiwyg-text-align-left\"><em><strong><span class=\"wysiwyg-underline\">IMPORTANT:<\/span><br \/><\/strong><\/em><em>Attached files must be a maximum of 2MB.<br \/>Allowed extensions: .doc; .docx; .xls; .xlsx; .pdf or .txt.<\/em><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <strong>Add Participants<\/strong> field will be automatically filled in with the subordinates of the meeting leader, and in this field you can change or add ICG users who are subordinate to the leading user. For other users who are not subordinate, you must use the <strong>Add Guest<\/strong> field, which is located below.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Also on this screen, we can select whether an email will be sent to alert about the meeting, and it will also be possible to <strong>Cancel the Meeting<\/strong>, if necessary, and enter the reason for the cancellation.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"wysiwyg-text-align-left\"><em><strong><span class=\"wysiwyg-underline\">IMPORTANT:<\/span><br \/><\/strong>Sending invitation emails requires <a href=\"https:\/\/suporte.quattrus.com\/en\/configuration-task-monitor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Task Monitor<\/a> enabled. You can also consult the tasks that you registered in the Tasks icon in the menu of your dashboard.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In this tab, the person responsible for the meeting can mark the users who attended the meeting, and if someone has been replaced, list who replaced him.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To mark who participated, just check the box in the participation column. As well as the meeting leader, users with an administrator profile will also be able to write\/edit the minutes.
