action plan is a set of activities aimed at achieving a goal.<\/p>\n<p>It is a management tool used:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>When I am not achieving my proposed results;<\/li>\n<li>When I am foreseeing that the results of my processes need to change;<\/li>\n<li>When an improvement opportunity needs to be implemented.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It allows a detailed follow-up of the execution of the activities foreseen to reach certain objectives and goals.<\/p>\n<p>Usually it is elaborated as a spreadsheet\/table where we establish the main items necessary for the execution of the activities.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"topic_02\">\n<h4 class=\"wysiwyg-text-align-center\" style=\"text-align: center;\">When to create an Action Plan?<\/h4>\n<p>There are three moments where the Action Plan is commonly applied:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>When the Goal is red.<\/li>\n<li>When I foresee that the Goal will turn red.<\/li>\n<li>It can be used at any time when you want to improve results and optimize processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"tab_how-to-create-an-action-plan\" class=\"panel entry-content\" role=\"tabpanel\" <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Priority: <\/strong>Prioritizes\/Organizes the actions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>What:<\/strong> What has to be done \/ what is the action.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Why:<\/strong> Why this action is necessary.<\/li>\n<li><strong>How \/ When:<\/strong> How to do it or the place where it will be done.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Who:<\/strong> Who should perform the action.<\/li>\n<li><strong>From \/ End Date:<\/strong> Select the start and end dates of the action.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Value:<\/strong> How much this action will We will look at this function in the next step.<\/p>\n<p>When you return to your Dashboard, you can see that there is a check mark in the KPI where you made your action plan.<\/p>\n<p>Notice that the Goal is different.
