What is a Standard Item?

The Bonus system allows the creation of a STANDARD ITEM, which functions as a Master Control Item.

When you have a standard item, every time you assign this item to other users, the system will make a copy of the standard item in the user’s CI (Control Item) table.

The basic information for registering this item will be standardised by the Standard Item, preventing the user from altering it. Any changes made to the Standard Item will be automatically applied to all users linked to the standard item.

The user will only be able to edit their individual information: Bonus targets, measurements, forecasts (or green band), budgets (or client band), FCA and Plans.

The Standard Items will appear in the list of Bonus Items grouped and identified with the username STANDARD ITEM.

The users and the companies of the users linked to the Item will appear.
