What does the exclamation mark that appears in some headlights mean?

The explanation of this functionality is simple, the exclamation mark is meant to show an alert when the goal is not being met.

The calculation of the alert works as follows:

  • For past months, the alert will appear when the actual is worse than the goal.
  • For future months, when the forecast is worse than the target.

It is important to remember that in items of type 2A and 2B, there is a compensation rule.

To turn this feature on and off, simply click the three-dot button on your Dashboard and select the option Goal Not Met Alert.

After activating this feature the exclamation mark will appear in the headlights.
