In case you have the necessary profile permision, you will be able to view your hierarchical tree and enter the dashboard of the users that you have previewed.
To view your team, click on the icon below:
A window will open indicating your manager (if there is any) and your subordinates (if there is any).
To view the complete hierarchical tree, you can expand the view by clicking on the icon indicated below:
To view a user’s ICG, simply click on the user you need.
The selected user’s dashboard will open.
Notice that in the upper right corner there is an indication of the name of the company, the logged in user and the selected user.
To return to your ICG, repeat the operation and click on your user.
