Consolidation Report in Gestiona

With this report, you can extract a list of all the Consolidations of control items configured for all users of the client.

Key Concept: Parent Item and Child Item

When configuring a Consolidation, a relationship is established between who receives data and who provides data through a specific function.

Therefore, we say that:

  • Parent Item is the control item that receives data in the consolidation.
  • Child Item is the control item (or multiple items) that provides data in the totalisation.

IMPORTANT:

  • A Consolidation can occur at various levels in the organisation, so only those at the top of the hierarchy can view everything below.
  • The same item can be used in more than one totalisation.

To learn more, access the article Visualisation of Consolidation Levels.
