Registration flow

If you play the role of facilitator, selecting this profile will allow you to view the registration flow of RPPA on the first screen.

Each button shows the registration option for one of the base information for RPPA. To register, simply click the button.

New Unit

Clicking the unit registration button will display the following screen:

To register a unit, simply fill in the name and the person responsible. After having units already registered, you can still select a unit to be the “parent” of the one being registered.

After that, just click Save.

New Checklist

To register a new checklist, you must fill in the following information:

Fill in the name of the checklist and select the type. You can choose between:

• Independent: Not loaded when the monitor schedules the monitoring, but he can select and insert it.

• Standard: Loaded automatically when monitoring is scheduled, but the monitor can remove it if desired.

• Mandatory: Loaded and cannot be removed from the monitoring.

After selecting the type, write your question and click “Add”.

Repeat this process until all questions have been added.

New Process

Clicking on new process will display:

Here, just enter the name, description, if it belongs to another process (similar to the hierarchical way of units), and the person responsible. Do not forget to click save.
