Profiles are used to group access permissions to functionalities for different types of users in Gestiona. For example: Administrators, Facilitators, Users, etc.

How to Register a Profile
To create profiles in Gestiona, you must first open the hierarchy tree and click on Profiles:
This will open the Profile Search window. Click on New.
ICG Type
This field specifies which version of ICG the permissions will apply to. You can choose between:
- ICG Master
- ICG Standard
- ICG Light
- ICG Start
Define the profile name and select its permissions.
There are two groups of permissions: Administrator and User.
Simply select the desired permissions in each group:
When finished, don’t forget to Save.

How to Search for a Profile
When you access the Profiles screen, you will find a list of all registered profiles.
To perform a search, simply type the name of the desired profile and click Search.
When the search is executed, in addition to the profile names, you will see the ICG Type and the Number of Users that have this profile.
How to Delete a Profile
To delete a profile, simply select the checkbox of the desired profile and click Delete:
Then confirm the deletion.
IMPORTANT: To delete a profile, no user must be linked to it.
