Presentation Mode in Conexa: what is it?

Presentation Mode in Conexa is a new way to manage Strategic Objectives and their respective Action Plans that are under your responsibility and your team’s.

In this screen, you can organise and present the information of your Action Plans in detail. You can select the control items you want to add to your presentation, and for each one, the system will display the following information:

  • Purpose: Provides a summary of the progress of your results, showing: the initial value of your indicator, the result achieved up to the month selected in the presentation, and the projected value until the end of the year.
  • Budget: Demonstrates the cost progression of projects, where: “Actual” indicates the values corresponding to completed actions up to the moment, and “Projected” indicates the sum of expected values for all actions.
  • Deadline: Indicates the total duration of your Plans.
  • Plans: Shows the number of Action Plans contained in your control item and a summary of their status, classified as: Overdue Plans, On-Time Plans, Completed Plans.
  • Charts: Displays the chart of the control item.
  • Summary of Each Plan: Containing the descriptions of recorded Needs and Opportunities.
  • Plan Attachments: Containing the documents you add to evidence completed actions or other pertinent information.
