With the aim of providing more control and precision in monitoring actions within Gestiona, we have a new feature that will further facilitate the management of your activities: the update to the Action Plan, now with new fields that enhance the way to manage dates and monitor changes in executed actions.
What has changed?
The Action Plan now includes two essential fields to make task control more efficient and transparent:
- Original Date Until: This field marks the originally scheduled date for the completion of each action at the time of its definition. This brings more clarity about the initial planning and serves as an important parameter for comparisons.
- Number of Changes: This field counts all the changes made in the “When” field, which is the completion date of each action. With each modification to the completion date, the system automatically updates the number of changes, allowing you to track how many times the deadline has been altered. These two new fields are locked, meaning they are automatically controlled by the system, ensuring that the action history is transparent and accurate.
Benefits of this improvement:
