MEI: Overview on Gestiona
What does MEI mean?
“MEI” is the acronym for “Management Evolution Index“
This tool is used to measure the level of adherence to the Gestiona methodology by the users.
Where to start?
You can track your MEI score in real-time on the MEI icon, which appears in the top right corner of your dashboard.
Clicking on the highlighted icon above, the system will open a window displaying the details of each criterion that makes up your MEI score for the selected base month in your Gestiona dashboard.
In the option Score, you will have all the information about your MEI score.
In the main chart, you will have an overview of your overall score, and your status will be indicated by the colors of the ranges. Next to it, you will see the weight and performance information for each of the MEI criteria:
By clicking on the “+” icon in each of the criteria, the dashboard will display the MEI Help, where we present which actions are impacting the performance of the criterion, so you can identify what still needs to be performed within the software.
When you select one of the actions presented in the MEI Help list, the system will open the software screen where you should perform the respective action.
For example, in the criterion Planned Actions, when you click on one of the rows in the list, the system will open the source screen of this action where you must record the completion date of the respective action or revise the planned date.
