What does EGU mean?
EGU stands for “Evolução do Gerenciamento das Unidades” (Unit Management Evolution).
This tool is used to measure the level of adherence to the Quattrus methodology by the users.
Where to start?
You can monitor your EGU score in real-time by clicking the EGU Score icon, which appears on the right side of your dashboard.
Clicking the highlighted icon above will open a window displaying the details of each criterion that compose your EGU score for the selected base month in your Quattrus table.
In this screen, there is a “Period” function to check the EGU score for other months. Simply click the button to move backward or forward in months.
In the “My Scores” option, you will find all the information about your EGU score.
The main graph shows your overall score and your status indicated by coloured bands. Next to it, you can see the weight and information about your performance in each EGU criterion.
By clicking the “+” icon in each criterion, the panel will display the EGU Help, showing which actions are impacting the criterion’s performance, so you can identify what still needs to be executed within the software.
When you select an action from the EGU Help list, the system will open the software screen where you should execute the respective action.
For example, in the Meeting Management criterion, clicking the “+” icon allows you to check the details of pending items. In this case, it may ask to schedule a results meeting.
In the Team Scores option, it is possible to analyse the status of this information for each subordinate, in a condensed form, without needing to access their respective dashboards.
For more information, refer to the article “EGU: How to View Team Scores in Gestiona.”
Export Variables
The export option is located at the top right corner:
The following screen will appear:
Here you can select the period and which subordinates you would like to include in the report. After configuring which users and the month, click Export and the system will generate an Excel file, allowing you to check the information precisely.
MEI Settings
To access the possible EGU settings, click the gear icon at the top right corner.
The following screen will appear:
Here you will have the option to change the user or direct weights.
Changing the User weights only affects the EGU for that table. This allows you to apply different weights for new users or those who do not use all criteria, helping to maintain an appropriate EGU score for specific cases within the company.
Changing the direct weights will apply this configuration to all subordinate users. The option to change EGU bands affects the colouring depending on the value, for example, the software will display red if the EGU is below 50, yellow from 50 to 69, and green above 70. This applies to you and your direct subordinates.
After making changes, click Save to apply.
