To enter values in the measurements, just click on the second menu button, as shown below.
For each type of KPI, you will see different measurement fields. See below the fields for each type of KPI:

The fields will have a red arrow indication, this means that you need to save your changes.

You can use the Auto Fill function to help record measurements.
Or, if you prefer, you can register the measurements by import.
You can enter comments in the months.
If a KPI is not measured every month, you can deselect the “Measured” column, as shown below:

In the months that are not marked as measured, the Customer Band will have the color and data for the last month measured.
It means the Customer Band will not be blank.
On the measurement screen, you can also check the Goal. Click on the desired month and the Goal will be shown for the selected month.
