It means that one of the fields filled in is incorrect. You can proceed in two ways:

If, when requesting a new password, the Incorrect Data error continues to appear, it means that either the Company field or the User field is incorrect.
In this case, you must proceed in the second way:
2. Contact your Internal Facilitator, or send an email to suporte@quattrus.com and we will forward it to the person responsible for the account.
