EspañolThere is an easy way for users to link their Indicators to their direct Leader’s Indicators.
To do this, you must click on the 3 dots button on your Dashboard and select the “Link KPIs” option.
The system will open the Links screen.
In this area you will see your Manager’s indicators vertically and Gestiona will show your list of indicators horizontally.
To link the indicators you must click on the area where the two desired indicators are connected.
The system will open the screen to confirm the link. Click “Save” to complete the link.
Upon completion, the system will display an icon indicating that the indicators have already been linked.
This screen has a button for full screen viewing. By clicking you can activate full screen display.
To exit the Pairing screen, click the “Back” button.
After completing the linking process, the user’s Indicators will automatically appear linked to their Leader’s Indicators.
