KPI Registration: KPI Period
In this article we will explain how to register periods for your KPIs. This feature is especially important for KPIs measured every six months.
KPIs have periods registered from January to December, by default. You can change the duration of your KPI by accessing the KPI Register.
To define the period of your KPI, open the KPI register and select the “Period” tab.
Click NEW, select the starting month and ending month, as well as the year.
REMINDER:
If you are registering a period in a KPI of type 2A or 2B, stay tuned to the calculation of the Goal! To understand how each type of KPI behaves, go to The KPI Type article.
If you hover your mouse on the Goal in the main dashboard of the ICG, you will see the window with information of the period being counted.
