Importing Range Band

For KPIs of type 2A, 2B and 2C it is necessary to define which will be the range references of the KPIs, that is, which will be the limits of each band.

Check below the way to fill the mask to perform the importation correctly:

IMPORTANT:

1. In items good for MORE (+), LOWER limits are mandatory

2. For items good for MINUS (-), the UPPER limits are mandatory

FX_GREEN_SUP_MONTH
FX_GREEN_SUP_YEAR

3. In items good for EQUAL (=), LOWER and UPPER limits are mandatory

IMPORTANT:
If there are Custom Fields registered, they must be included in the file for import – they are mandatory.

TIP: Export the report and copy the header to the import file.

Importing Control Bands

Click on the icon indicated below:

Then:

  1. Select the Control Band type
  2. Search for the completed file as shown above
  3. Click Submit

You can click the Update button to see the file upload status. When ready, the status will show the message: (100%) Import was successful.

The ICG will indicate if the importation has not taken place correctly. If in your file there is any change in the data already registered, the message of how many records have been updated will appear.

At the end of the import, an email notification of the completion of the process will be sent.

REMINDER:
You will receive, along with the completion email, the restoration file containing the data prior to import.
