Import KPIs on Gestiona

Administrators will be able to import multiple Control Items for all users who have access.
Instead of registering item by item, you can perform this operation once via import.

Below is how to fill out the template to perform the import correctly:

Column Mandatory Field Description
USER Yes Username (used to log in)
KPI’S ID No KPI’S ID is Mandatory in Case the KPI already Exists
KPI’S NAME Yes KPI’s Name
METRIC No KPI’s Metric
DESCRIPTION No KPI’s Description
CLIENT No KPI’s Client
GOOD FOR Yes Fill the Blank with +, – or =
CHRONIC RED Yes Chronic Red KPI Number
PRIORITY No KPI’s Priority
DECIMAL PLACES No Number of Decimal Places
COEFFICIENT Yes KPI’s Coefficient Number
SECONDARY Yes If KPI is Secondary fill in the blank with Yes, otherwise, fill in with No
DISABLED Yes If KPI is Disabled fill in the blank with Yes, otherwise, fill with No
BENCHMARK’S NAME No Benchmark’s Name
BENCHMARK’S VALUE No Benchmark’s Value
TYPE Yes KPI’s Type
(1C, 2A, 2B, 2C)
QUOTIENT No KPI’s Quotient
NUMERATOR No KPI’s Numerator

When filling in the data in the spreadsheet, remove the formatting to avoid errors during the import.

IMPORTANT:

If there are any Custom Fields registered, they need to be included in the import file – they are mandatory.

TIP: Export the report and copy the header to the import file.

 

Import Control Items

Click on the icon indicated below:

Then:

  1. Select the type Control Items
  2. Search for the file filled out as shown above
  3. Click Send

You can click the Update button to see the status of the file submission. When ready, the status will show the message: (100%) Import completed successfully.

Gestiona will indicate if the import did not occur correctly. If your file has any changes to already registered data, it will show the message of how many records were updated.

At the end of the import, a notification email will be sent confirming the completion of the process.

 

 

REMINDER: 

You will receive, along with the completion email, the restoration file containing the data prior to the import. If you want to check any information or revert any value, you can consult this file.
