Below is the correct way to fill out the template for a successful import:
When entering data into the spreadsheet, remove any formatting to avoid import errors.
IMPORTANT:

For items that are better when MORE (+), the LOWER limits are mandatory:
- FX_VERDE_INF_MES
- FX_VERDE_INF_ANO

For items that are better when LESS (-), the UPPER limits are mandatory:
- FX_VERDE_SUP_MES
- FX_VERDE_SUP_ANO

For items that are better when EQUAL (=), both LOWER and UPPER limits are mandatory:
- FX_VERDE_INF_MES
- FX_VERDE_INF_ANO
- FX_VERDE_SUP_MES
- FX_VERDE_SUP_ANO
IMPORTANT: If there are any Custom Fields registered, they must be included in the import file – they are mandatory.
TIP: Export the report and copy the header to the import file.
Import Control Ranges
Click on the icon indicated below:
Then:
- Select the Control Ranges type
- Locate the file filled out as shown above
- Click on Send
You can click the Update button to check the status of the file upload. When ready, the status will show the message: (100%) Import successfully completed.
Gestiona will indicate if the import was not successful. If your file contains any changes to already registered data, a message will appear indicating how many records were updated.
At the end of the import, a notification email will be sent confirming the process completion.
REMINDER: Along with the completion email, you will receive a restoration file containing the data prior to the import. If you need to verify any information or revert any value, you can consult this file.
