How to transform a user into a coordinator

To grant a user coordinator access within the system, simply assign them as the person responsible for a unit. First and foremost, you need to be a facilitator.

To do this, follow these steps:

1. Access the ‘link to processes’ menu by clicking on the icon in the side menu.

2. Access the list of units at the bottom, in the units panel, by clicking on Options.

3. Select the unit from the list and click the edit button (pencil icon).

4. The unit’s information will open up.

5. In the “Responsible” selection, choose the user who will be the coordinator for that unit.

The coordinator will appear as the person responsible for that unit.

6. Don’t forget to save!

Done, the user you assigned as responsible is now the coordinator of that unit! A unit can have more than one coordinator, and a user can be a coordinator of more than one unit.
