Goal not Achieved Alert
To activate the Goal Not Achieved alert, click on the button as shown in the image. The button works as ON/OFF, turning the alert on and off.
You will now see the alerts inside the beacons of the KPIs.
REMINDER:
Although we have different colors for the alerts, they all represent the same thing. The difference in coloring is only for better viewing.
The calculation of the alert works as follows:
- For months passed, the alert will appear when the achieved is worse than the goal.
- For future months, when the forecast is worse than the goal.
It is important to remember that in KPIs of type 2A and 2B, there is a compensation rule.
