Goal: Next year’s goal column does not appear on my dashboard, but on other users’ dashboards it does, why is this?

If you notice that when you log in with your user the goal column for the following year does not appear, it is because the goal approval permission is missing in the logged in user’s profile.

Goal Approval is a feature that allows you to formalize the goals of each control item of your team through a quick and practical process. To enable this feature in the Quattrus system, it is necessary to enable the “Goal Approval” permission in the users’ profiles. When in doubt, check with your Facilitator, Consultant or with Quattrus Support Team.

After this permission is enabled, the next year’s goal column will appear on your Dashboard.

IMPORTANT:

In addition to the need for the Approval of Goals permission to be enabled in the logged-in user profile, it is also necessary that the Setting for Approval of Goals of the Following Year is already enabled in your organization.
