Goal: appears completely blank on the dashboard, why is this?

The Goal of a KPI can appear completely blank in two situations:

1 – When we don’t have the goal value registered on the measurement screen, this is quite common to happen when creating a new KPI or at the turn of the year when we don’t have all the goals defined yet. Just register the values and it will be displayed correctly.

2 – The second hypothesis can occur in “Type C” KPIs. In this type of item, when we have a registered Action Plan, the system takes into account the end date of the Plan and displays in the target the projected situation at the end of the Plan. When we have an Action Plan it is very important that the person responsible for the KPI register the goals and their forecasts at least until the end month of the Plan, to demonstrate the impacts of your Plan on the results. When I have a Plan and I don’t register the goals and forecasts in the ending month of the Plan, the system will not have the reference value to display and therefore will leave the goal field empty on my dashboard. To correct this, simply identify the Action Plan ending period and enter the goals and forecasts at least through that month and the goal field will display correctly on your dashboard.

To view the status of the Goal in the current base month and the end date of the Plan, simply rest the mouse on the Goal, and a tooltip will show this information.
