Gestiona Menu
By hovering over the sidebar, you can automatically expand and collapse the menu and view the options of each submenu, without changing the layout of the indicator dashboard.
By clicking on the arrow icon, you expand or collapse the menu manually. In this case, the layout of the Gestiona dashboard automatically adjusts on the screen.
Dashboard
In the Dashboard menu, you view your control items according to the settings applied.
- My Control Items: are the user’s main items – those that are of greatest importance in management
- My Auxiliary Items: these are the secondary items – those of lesser importance or that serve to support management.
- Delegated Items: are the items where the user is jointly responsible for the management.
- Team Red: these are the items of your team members that have the month or goal beacon in red. Therefore, they are items that deserve your attention, together with the user who owns the item.
Multigraphics
In this option, you open the Multigraphics screen.
Approvals
Here we have the options for Goals and Forecast approvals.
By clicking on the Goals option, the system opens a screen with the list of Metas awaiting your decision.
Similarly, by clicking on Forecasts, the system opens a screen with the list of changes in the forecasts of the user items awaiting your decision.
Calendar
In Calendar, the system opens the screen for registering or updating your meetings. Either as a leader or participant.
Import
In the Import menu, the system opens the screen for importing the data that will supply your dashboard such as measurements, items, users, multigraphs, etc.
Export
In this option, you will find some options to extract data and information from Quattrus.
Measurements: the system opens a screen and the user selects the period and the desired items and generates an Excel file for download.
Control Items: the system automatically generates an Excel file for download
Results Meeting: the system opens a screen where the user can choose which information will compose the report. At the end, the system sends the report by e-mail to the user who owns the items.
Tasks
Here Gestiona opens a screen for the registration of Tasks in the 5W2H format.
Language
In this option, the user can adjust the language of the software by choosing between English, Portuguese and Spanish.
Help
Here the system displays a help screen containing the legend of the main graphic elements of the Beacons and Targets
