With this report, you can extract a list of all actions registered by users across all system features.
You can view all registered actions in:
- FCAs
- FCA Effectiveness Checks
- Plans
- Tasks
- Meeting Pending Items
To generate an Action Report, simply click on the Reports icon in the system menu:
Next, click on the Action Report tab and filter the data according to your needs.
The available filters in this report are:
- Source: In which feature the action was created;
- Company: Lists only actions of users linked to the selected company;
- Who Users: Lists only actions of the selected user;
- Completed Actions: Lists only actions by completion status YES, NO, or NO FILTER, i.e., ALL.
The Generate button will display the report information on the screen.
The Export button will create an Excel file for download.
