FCA: Linking with my KPIs
Often the cause of two or more KPIs being outside the Green Band is the same, thinking about it the ICG allows you to link the FCA of an KPI to other KPIs.
REMINDER:
It will only be possible to link FCA of the same month of analysis. It is not possible to link the FCA from a previous month.
In this example, two KPIs are outside the Green Band for the month.
After performing the FCA of one of the KPIs, you must enter the FCA already performed to link to the other KPI. Therefore, click on the KPI where the analysis has already been carried out and click on the FCA tab.
Click the Linking KPIs button. A list will appear with KPIs that are outside the Green Band. Select the KPI you need.
When selecting, you will notice that the black outline around the beacon is gone. This means that the FCA has already been linked, you can check it out by going back to the initial dashboard.
When returning to the initial dashboard, click on the KPI that had the FCA linked and click on the FCA tab.
Note that the FCA is exactly the same as the KPI’s first KPI.
A message will indicate that this FCA is linked.
REMINDER:
A link is made and not a copy of the FCA, this means that when changing the FCA of one of the KPIs, it will also change the FCA of the other KPI.
We will change the FCA of the KPI that had the FCA linked.
When you go to the KPI that linked your FCA, the second cause will also be modified.
