EGU: Overview
What does EGU mean?
EGU stands for Evolution of Unit Management(in Portuguese stands for Evolução do Gerenciamento das Unidades).
This tool is used to measure the level of compliance with the application of the ICG methodology by users.
Where to Start?
You can follow your EGU score in realtime on the score bar located at the top of your dashboard, in the ICG.
You can also access the EGU screen by clicking on the shortcut bar icon.
The system will open a window with notes for the base month that is selected in your ICG dashboard.
In the My Notes tab, you will have all the information on your EGU note.
On the donut chart you will have your general score and your status indicated by the colors of the bands. Beside, you will see the weights and their scores in each of the EGU criteria:
Evolution Chart where you will see the evolution of your grade and the average grade of your subordinates:
