EGU: How to Export Variables
In the Export Variables tab, you can export the EGU data of all subordinated users to an Excel file.
To access it, just select it on the EGU screen:
You can use the following buttons to view and select the users who will have the data exported.
Expand Hierarchical Tree
Collect Hierarchical Tree
Mark All
Uncheck All
Define which base month and year you want to get the data from:
Check the User Replicated by Managers option to have separate records in the file for users with more than one manager.
After selecting the users, just click on Generate EGU Report and save the file on your computer
