Delete and Restore a KPI
When you delete a KPI that you no longer use, it is, in fact, disabled. In this way it is possible to restore the KPI and not lose it’s old information.

Deleting a KPI
To delete / disable a KPI, select the desired KPI and click on “KPI Settings”.
You can delete a KPI by clicking “Disable” and Save.
NOTE:
If the KPI is totaled or is totaling another KPI, a message will appear in red (as shown below), which will prevent you from deleting it.
To delete this KPI, it will be necessary to undo the totalization first.

Restoring a KPI
To restore a disabled KPI, click on the menu next to the ICG button and select the Restore Deleted KPIs option.
Select the KPI and click Restore.
