Dashboard: How to Filter Control Items

Gestiona now features a Filter option on the Dashboard, allowing you to select Items by name, traffic light colour, or goal colour. In this article, we will explore the filters and their respective functionalities.

In this article, we will cover:

  • How to filter by the name of control items?
  • How to filter by the traffic light colour of the month?
  • How to filter by the goal colour?

To identify the function of the filter on your dashboard, simply click on the filter icon located in the context of the dashboard just below the EGU:

By clicking on this icon, Gestiona will display a new row containing the search bar as shown in the image below:

How to filter by the name of control items?

To filter by the name of a control item, simply click on the space labelled “Filter by keyword” and type the desired name. Gestiona will display all Control Items that contain the keyword in any part of the Control Item’s name:

To clear the filter and the screen, simply click on the “X” on the right side of the search field:

How to filter by the traffic light colour of the month?

To filter by the traffic light colour of the Control Items, simply click on the field labelled “Traffic Light” and Gestiona will open a screen to select the desired colours.

Select one or more traffic light colours that you wish to display on the dashboard:

Upon selecting a colour, the system will automatically display on the dashboard only the items with the traffic light of the month based on the selected colour:

To clear the filter, you can either deselect the chosen colour or click the “Clear” button.

How to filter by the goal colour?

To filter by the goal colour of the Control Items, simply click on the field labelled “Goal” and Gestiona will open a screen to select the desired colours.

Select one or more goal colours that you wish to display on the dashboard:

Upon selecting a colour, the system will automatically display on the dashboard only the items with the goal for the base month in the selected colour:

To clear the filter, you can either deselect the chosen colour or click the “Clear” button.

IMPORTANT:

It is recommended to use the keyword and colour filters separately.

The traffic light colour and goal colour filters can be applied in combination.
