The Presentation Mode in Conexa is designed to optimise the management and monitoring of the Objectives Map as a whole.
The system allows the creation of one or more Presentations for each strategic objective.
After preparing the presentations, you can configure the General Presentation of your Objectives Map by selecting the information you wish to group.
How to Configure Presentation Mode for Each Strategic Objective
The configuration of Presentation Mode for a Strategic Objective is quite simple. Follow these steps:
1.Access your Objectives Map, select the desired Strategic Objective, and click on the options menu represented by the three-dot button.
2.In this menu, select the “Access Objective” option.
3.The system will open the complete Dashboard of the Strategic Objective. Scroll down to the end to see the Objective Presentations option.
4.Click the “+” button as indicated below to add a new presentation.
You can create as many presentations as needed, and they will be identified by the combination of Date / Responsible Person.
5.When you click the “+” button, the system will display the screen to define the Period (month and year) and the Responsible Person for the Presentation. After finalising the configurations, click Add.
6.The system will then display the screen to edit your Presentation. Click the “+” button to add control items.
7.On the Add Control Items screen, the system will by default display the list of ALL control items of the Strategic Objective that have a registered Action Plan. To facilitate the selection of control items to include in your presentation, you can filter by Type or by Control Item.
Type: Displays items according to their classification within the Strategic Objective. You can choose between the following options: All, Success Indicators, Levers, Assumptions, or Projects.
Control Items: In this field, you can type a word, and the system will display all control items that contain this word in the item name.

9.The added control items will be displayed on the Control Items screen. By clicking on the three-dot button, you can change the display order of the items or remove an item from the list.
10.By clicking the arrow button next to the name of each control item, the system will display the Action Plans contained in this result, and you can also view the list of actions. On the right side of each plan or action, the system displays the number of days of duration and the colour representing its status:
- Green: action completed.
- Yellow: action in progress, but still within the deadline.
- Red: action overdue.
11. Click the icon to prepare your presentation slides.
The system will display the Attachments screen, where you can add images to highlight your main deliveries or results achieved through your actions.
Important: In this option, Presentation Mode only allows the inclusion of files in image format, with the following extensions accepted: JPG, PNG, BMP.
You can add as many images as necessary, but each image can have a maximum size of 7 MB. Click the “+” button to select the desired image or drag it to the Attachments screen. The added images will appear on the screen, and when you hover over a thumbnail, the buttons will appear: move the image up, move the image down, or remove the image. After completing, click the close button located at the top left corner, and the system will return to the previous editing screen.
