Approval of Forecasts on Gestiona
This feature allows the manager to approve or not approve the KPIs forecasts when they are changed by the user. This feature requires the Approval of Band permission in the Manager’s profile.

For Users
When a subordinate changes the Forecast of a KPI, a justification will be requested and will be forwarded to the manager for approval.
The Administrative Manager User had its Forecast changed.
The changes will be saved for the user, so that the beacon coloring calculations, totals, comparison with the Customer Band etc, are applied immediately – unless the manager refuses the changes. In this case, the changes will be discarded, returning to the previous values.
IMPORTANT:
The new values will be saved immediately for the user. However, if the manager rejects the proposed changes, the forecast values will revert to the previous values.
For Manager
When the manager enters your dashboard, he will be able to view the Forecast Approval requests in the following icon:
When accessing, you will see the list of approvals that are awaiting approval or not from the manager.
Double-click to view details. The system will open a screen with a chart containing the changes suggested by the user.
The manager may choose between?
- Approve: The change will remain for the user.
- Reject: Predictions will be changed to pre-change values.
