Profiles serve to group feature access permissions for different types of users in the ICG such as Administrators, Facilitators, Users, etc.

The Profile Search window will open. Click New.
ICG Type
Field for which version of the ICG permissions will be applied. You can choose between:
- ICG master
- ICG Standard
- ICG Light
- ICG Start
Set the profile name and select its permissions.
There are two groups of permissions: Administrator and User.
Just select the permissions you want in each group:
When finished, don’t forget to Save.

How to Search for a Profile

To perform a search, just type the name of the desired profile and click Search.
When running the Search, in addition to the name of the profile details, you will see the ICG Type and Number of Users that have this profile.

How to Delete a Profile

Then confirm the deletion.

To delete a profile, no user must be linked to it.
