Through this report, it is possible to extract a list with all actions registered by users in all ICG resources.
You will be able to view all registered actions in:
- FCAs
- FCA Effectiveness Checks
- Plans
- Tasks
- Pending Meetings
To generate an Actions Report, just click on the Reports icon in the ICG menu:
Then click on the Actions Report tab, and filter the data according to your need.
The filters available in this report are:
- Source: In which functionality the action was created;
- Company: Lists only actions of users linked to the selected company;
- Users Who: Lists only actions of the selected user;
- Concluded Actions: Lists only actions by completion status YES, NO or UNFILTERED ie ALL.
The Generate button will display the report information on the screen.
The Export button will create an excel file for download.
